NOTES on version 4.0

Version 4.0 of this popular skin includes changes to almost every
element, based on feedback from various users and on new
functionality implemented by Nullsoft.

Since this skin is built around the artwork, you may want to
familiarize yourself with Winamp before applying this skin.

The following changes have been made for version 4.0:

1. Minibrowser skinned.
2. Buttons brightened up, especially when depressed.
3. Various pixel matching issues resolved.
4. Consistent "Window On" header bar, with the exception of the
equalizer. It just looked dumb with the same header bar
    used by the other windows.
5. Region.txt file added. Note to skinners: standard means of
creating the polygon can cut pixels off at an angle. This is
especially obvious when viewing the skin at double size. The
Region.txt file for this skin actually cuts out each square pixel
    separately.
6. No, I still don't indicate Stereo/Mono. If you don't know if your
files or connection are in stereo... sorry.
7. Main windowshade looks awesome, thanks to the ability to cut it
    up with the Region.txt.
8. Equalizer windowshade skinned (any suggestions for improvement
    will be greatly appreciated).
9. Main text areas modified.
10. Playlist text brightened up, and new artwork applied to match
up with the Minibrowser. Star Wars fans may notice a bit of
a spoiler in the lower portion of the playlist.... Hope it's
    not too obvious. :-)
